WARRANTY POLICY
Three warranty types are available ranging from 2 to 20 years. A Limited Material Warranty states that our products are free of any manufacturing defects and ranges from 2 to 10 years. The leak-free Limited System Material Warranty and the Limited Labor & Material System Warranty range from 5 to 20 years.
Specific requirements must be followed to obtain a warranty. Some of these requirements are:
- The approved applicator must submit a Job Start / Warranty Application form prior to ordering material.
- Materials must be purchased directly or thru an approved distributor.
- Application must be installed in accordance with the written specification.
- Specification must be installed by an approved applicator.
- All job inspections must be passed and punch-list completion must be verified.
