Requirements:
- Self-driven with an exceptional work ethic and the determination to succeed
- Customer oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to generate new business and to build long-term relationships with building owners, facility managers, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and distributors
- Strong cold calling, networking and appointment-setting skills
- Own a laptop or equivalent and cell phone
- Excellent deal-closing skills
- 5 years minimum sales experience in the roofing or building products industry with established relationships with building owners, facility managers, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and distributors
- Coatings experience preferred
- Cannot represent direct competitive materials
