Thermo Manufacturing offers one of the most extensive product lines in the coatings industry. Thermo Materials® are formulated for application in the commercial, industrial, government, and institutional construction segments. Our fluid-applied reflective products stop the deterioration of the roof while substantially reducing cooling costs. We focus mainly on repair and restoration but Thermo Materials® may also be used in new construction.

We manufacture 100% of our products in the USA and insist on the highest level of quality, from raw materials to the final product. Our earth-friendly coatings are made predominately from recycled products and are themselves recyclable.

Thermo Materials® are supplied ready to use. Thinning is not required or recommended. Coatings may be applied by brush, roller, or conventional or airless spray equipment. Flashing Mastics may be applied by brush, caulking gun or trowel. Refer to each product’s Technical Data Sheet for further information.

Thermo Materials® products are available in 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums. Thermolastic® coatings are also available in 275 gallon totes. Some Flashing Mastics are also available in 11 ounce cartridges. Refer to each product’s Technical Data Sheet for further information.

The recommended shelf life of Thermo Materials® is one year when stored in unopened containers at 40°F – 80°F. Refer to each product’s Technical Data Sheet for further information.

Thermo Materials® are not generally recommended for installation where ponding water is likely to occur for longer than 48 hours. Application should not be performed when weather conditions will not permit drying, i.e. high relative humidity (>90%), just before rain, dew, freezing temperatures or sunset.
